Hi, I’m Kristi. I’ve spent much of my life trying to be the person I thought my family, friends and employer wanted me to be. It took time before I realized this was causing me great stress, which later developed into anxiety and panic. I learned through some difficult life lessons what my priorities are, what my strengths are, and what brings me joy, so I can show up authentically.

I started on my coaching path in 2014 when I obtained an Organizational Coaching Certificate from UBC Continuing Education. I have coached a variety of people over the years and in 2020 I started my spiritual journey into better understanding how to listen to my intuition and the guidance of the Universe to heal myself and others.
